AFFIRMATION

The owner of the company “El Siglo“, Mr. Miguel Pinón Berbis, sells to Mr. Alois Uhlik of the AMALIEN-GALERIE, Herrnstrasse 13, Munich, Germany, 10.000 (ten thousand) series of tiles, amounting to a total of 60.000 (sixty thousand) tiles. These tiles have been produced according to the original design with the consent of Mr. Salvador Dalí for the production of these 6 (six) motives:
1. Guitars
2. Lips
3. Birds
4. Arrows
5. Sun
6. Starfish

This contract is being entered into based on the agreement between Mr. Mauricio Duchin and Mr. Salvador Dalí dating from 1954. The Original of this contract is in the hands of Mr. Miguel Pinón Berbis. Each one of these 6 (six) different ceramics is originally branded with the name “Dalì”. This, too, is approved by the contract between Mr. Mauricio Duchin and Mr. Salvador Dalí. Mr. Alois Uhlik has the right to sell the above named tiles in the entire world, excluding Spain.

Mr. Alois Uhlik or a third person cannot produce further ceramics or obtain licenses, nor can he pay for any other commission.
By the clearing and payment of the bill between Mr. Alois Uhlik and Mr. Miguel Pinon Berbis everything else is spared (i.e. all rights of sale are transferred).
